About the Business Centre
The commercial property side of the estate has grown from our original high specification barn conversion 14 years ago, to the successful Business Centre it is now.
Each Business Centre unit enjoys Ultrafast fibre broadband giving speeds up to 100 Mbs, fresh modern interiors, stunning rural views and use of The Estate Boardroom for larger events. Also for tenant use we have two Electric Vehicle Charging Points (Fast Charging 22kW).

About The Estate
Dating back to 1957 when the original purchase was made by Lord King from the Player family, the estate continued to grow over the years to its present size of just under 2000 acres.
The land is mostly heavy Leicestershire clay which historically has been used for grazing. In certain areas of the estate we have maintained the original ridge and furrow lands as they were from mediaeval times.
Current cropping is mostly combinable crops of oilseed rape, wheat and linseed with lucerne grown for a large local dairy herd.
